We specialise in well designed, user-friendly websites that WORK. The principle reason users visit a website is for information. A professionally designed, effective website should be able to deliver that information quickly and efficiently, whilst creating the right atmosphere and image for the company.
Some of the latest website techniques and gimmicks need to be handled carefully. They can slow access times to beyond the patience threshold of many users; they may only work with the latest web browsers (the software which a user needs to access internet pages) and these in turn often need the latest high speed computers or may need the user to download and install additional software (known as plugins). Most users are using older machinery and browsers and this needs to be taken into account in the design process.
In summary, we do not believe that gimmicks are any substitute for good basic design.
